Understanding refugee employment for social service employers

We are delighted to announce we are working with the Scottish Refugee Council to deliver sessions for social service employers to help you understand more about recruiting refugees, the different terminology,  challenges they face and how you as an employer can better support them.

The sessions will answer some common questions that employers have, like what's the difference between a refugee, asylum seeker and a migrant? Are they a group of potential candidates you can recruit from? And how can you as an employer offer them employment opportunities?

The online sessions will be limited to 15 attendees so don’t miss out and register today using the links below.
