This national programme consists of 10 full development sessions,
including seven Adaptive Learning Set (ALS) sessions and will run from September 2026 until June 2027.
The programme is designed for senior leaders in social work and social care to help build leadership capacity in health and social care.
The programme aims to:
- provide a challenging development experience for those in senior leadership positions, focused around their leadership and management skills and behaviours, to enable their delivery of service objectives
- support the professional and career development of those in senior leadership positions across health and social care and partner organisations
- enable participants to handle complexity, to engage with the public, and to work more effectively in partnership across the health & social care system and wider public services.
