Your learning

Want to feel more confident about staying safe online?

Try our new cyber resilience learning resources for Scotland’s social care workers and managers. We’ve published two resources, one for anyone working in social care and one for social care managers.

The resources will help Scotland’s social care workers and managers build cyber resilience. They cover how to stay safe online, use digital tools safely and spot cyber threats.

Both resources are split into short, bite-sized sections, so you can work through the learning at your own pace.

The resources are interactive and include audio, video and knowledge checks. Each resource takes around three to four hours to complete.

Count towards your CPL

Completing the cyber resilient resource can count towards registrant’s continuous professional learning (CPL) requirements. It’s most relevant to the core learning elements:

  • protection
  • knowledge for your role.

Anyone working in social care can complete the resource, you don’t need to be registered with us.

You could use your learning to apply for a MyLearning CPL+ badge, which is open to anyone working in social care.
