New resource to improve the quality of outcomes for people who use services

We’ve produced a quality improvement (QI) learning resource to help you improve the quality of outcomes for people who use services.

The resource includes stories showing how QI tools and techniques have supported three services in Scotland to improve how they deliver services to the people that matter most.

The stories will inspire and help you understand how a QI approach supports improvement in different social service settings. They demonstrate the value of adopting a QI approach and will help you to develop your QI knowledge and skills, supporting you to put them into practice.

You can use the stories and the getting started animation in your service to start improvement conversations or support the conversations you’re already having. This resource will also help you use the Model for Improvement.

You can see the stories on the Turas QI Zone, where you will find many more QI learning resources.

If you don’t have a Turas account, you can sign up free here. Anyone can have an account.

You can also find more information about QI in social services on our website
