SSSC registration

Planned downtime for all SSSC systems and website

SSSC registration systems and website will be down from 5pm 28 May to 10am 3 June.

What is happening and when?

We are making changes to our systems which will streamline and improve our registration processes, making it much easier for you to manage your own registration information in your MySSSC account.

To do this we need to shut down our systems from Tuesday 28 May at 5pm. We expect to have all systems along with MySSSC and the website live again by 10am on Monday 3 June.

This disruption to our services may have an impact for you and we are sorry for this inconvenience.

What does this mean for you?

During this time, you will not be able to:

  • log in to your MySSSC account
  • use our website
  • call us on 0345 60 30 891 for general, registration and fitness to practise enquiries.

Can I pay my annual fee?

If we have sent you an invoice asking you to pay your annual fee, you can make a payment using Tone pay, please call 03300 883719.

Can I contact you?

Once the system is back up and running on 3 June, you will be able to log into your MySSSC account as normal and make most changes and updates yourself.

And if you still need help once the system is updated, you will be able to email registration@sssc.uk.com or call us as normal from 10am on Monday 3 June.

If you have an urgent enquiry you can email us at registration@sssc.uk.com however, while our systems are down, we will not be able to make any changes to your details in your account for you.

What if I need to let you know about a fitness to practise issue?

You can still report an urgent fitness to practise concern during the system downtime by emailing us at ftp@sssc.uk.com

If you are currently going through the fitness to practise process you can still contact the person handling your case using their SSSC direct dial phone number or their email.

Qualification assessments

We will not be able to carry out qualification assessments during this period and this service will start up again from 3 June.

How can I make a freedom of information or subject access request or complaint?

For information requests including FoIs and SARs, email informationgovernance@sssc.uk.com

To make a complaint, email complaints@sssc.uk.com

Our normal response timescales will still apply.

How will we manage media enquiries?

If you are a journalist and have an urgent enquiry, please contact the Communications Team at communications@sssc.uk.com
