Your learning

Online safety and security workshops

What do you think about when you hear the words cyber security? People often think about technical things and the responsibility for keeping everyone safe and secure online lies with the IT department. However, you can help protect your organisation and the people who use your service.

During Cyber Scotland Week (28 February to 6 March) we are holding three one-hour, non-technical online workshops for social service workers, line managers and service managers.

The workshops aim to bring a sense of reality to online safety and security. Learn what we are doing to support the social service sector to raise their awareness and enhance their learning in relation to online safety and security, including the introduction of new Open Badges.

There will be time to ask questions and learn from each other’s experiences.
