The support line was initially available to workers going through a fitness to practise investigation but now it is also open to:
- members of the public who have raised a concern about an SSSC registrant, or an applicant
- witnesses who have provided a statement as part of a fitness to practise investigation.
The support line is an independent and confidential service provided by HealthHero. No personal details are shared with the SSSC. We only receive general statistics to help track how the service is being used.
All support is completely free.
