Have Your Say Workforce Wellbeing Survey – sharing results events

We're holding free online events to share valuable insights and key messages from our first Have Your Say Workforce Wellbeing Survey. Over 6,500 members of the social service workforce had their say on a range of issues, like terms and conditions, pay, access to training and qualifications, support and wellbeing.

Each event will focus on findings relating to a particular part of the social service workforce.

What to expect from our online events

At these events you will:

  • hear key findings about wellbeing from your part of the workforce (social work, social care or children and young people)
  • consider how the survey findings relate to your continuous professional learning (CPL) requirements, including the core learning element of wellbeing and support
  • share ideas to inform our next Have Your Say Wellbeing Survey.

How can I take part?

Registration is now open. There are two dates available for each part of the workforce.

You can register using the links below. We’ll then send you a link to join the Microsoft Teams event. Each event will last around one hour.
