The programme is designed for anyone who would like to develop their leadership skills and is interested in digital health and care. It includes a series of interactive learning sessions and peer support groups to allow participants to progress a digital project within their organisation.
Participants will benefit from the learning, networking opportunities and leadership development elements of the programme which is run by NHS Education for Scotland's (NES).
How to apply
To apply, applicants need to have a digital project to progress in their organisation, line manager and organisational support and be able to commit to the programme session dates.
