What is Leading for the Future?
This 10 month programme of leadership and management development is designed specifically for those in senior leadership positions to help build leadership capacity in health and social care.
There are three core elements and the programme is supported with online resources. Applicants must be able to attend all the scheduled days to achieve a certificate of completion, the dates are on the application form.
