We want to understand how social work supervision supports trauma informed and responsive practice across Scotland and would like to hear the views of registered social workers who receive supervision and those who provide supervision.
Working together with the Office of the Chief Social Work Adviser (OCSWA) and the Trauma Responsive Social Work Services Programme in Scottish Government, we are keen to understand how social work supervision is provided and how it is experienced across Scotland, with particular focus on supporting trauma informed and trauma responsive social work practice. We want to know your experience of what is working well, what could help supervision be more effective, and what is getting in the way of supervision being implemented consistently.
