Maree brings extensive knowledge and experience of the SSSC and social services to the role as well as boundless energy and genuine passion for the work of this organisation. The Council is really looking forward to working together with Maree.’

Maree Allison said today:

‘I am very proud of the Scottish Social Services Council and all that we have achieved so far. I am pleased to be the new Chief Executive and very much looking forward to working with the Convener and the Council, our dedicated and skilled staff, our registrants and employers, partners and others, building on our achievements. This is an exciting time for the organisation.’
