We’ll be changing the links on our Step into Leadership website and Thing 4 of our 23 Things Leadership to an updated version of the tool at the start of March.
This means you won’t be able to access any reports saved in the current version of the manager’s 360 Leadership Capability Feedback Tool.

Improvements
The updated version of the manager’s 360 Leadership Capability Feedback Tool will allow users to nominate a feedback facilitator. This isn’t someone in your team, but a trusted colleague you nominate to help you to understand and see patterns in your feedback. You can have a confidential conversation with them after your feedback has been completed, before reading your full report.
Feedback facilitators can help identify main themes and build a realistic view of your strengths and improvement areas offering support and challenge as you reflect on the data your 360 tool report gives you.
