The bursary includes several different types of financial support as detailed in the Schedule of Rates and is intended to help students with the cost of their studies.
Students with a household income of less than £34,000 and who normally live in Scotland are invited to apply to the Scottish Social Services Council for a bursary.
Eligible students will also continue to receive the Practice Learning Support Grant (PLSG) of £750 to help with costs while they are on placement.
