We will never phone registered workers or employers out of the blue to ask them to pay a fee. The only circumstances in which we’d phone for payment is if a registered worker has got in touch and specifically asked us to phone them back.

The best way to pay your application and registration fees is using MySSSC: https://www.sssc.uk.com/SignIn
We’d recommend registered workers use MySSSC to make payments.
Automatic payment line
Registered workers can also pay annual fees using our automated payment line: 03300 883719. Remember you need your customer number, which can be found on your fee invoice, to pay this way.
