This secure portal holds all relevant documents and communications we have with you. This is also where you will upload documents relating to cases. The fitness to practise portal is already open to workers who are under investigation.
Benefits of the portal
The portal is a secure online platform for sharing and storing sensitive documents. It means we will no longer need to use encrypted emails and password protected documents.
How do I access the portal?
The fitness to practise portal is separate to your MySSSC account. We will send you guidance when we open your portal account. We’re doing this on a gradual basis starting on 1 February 2021, so don’t be concerned if you do not hear from us straight away. Please note this is only relevant for employers involved in fitness to practise investigations. All other employer information can be accessed as usual through your MySSSC account.
