Donations of PPE and other supplies

The Scottish Government has set up a team to respond to offers of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many businesses are looking at how they can use their expertise to produce supplies that are needed in health and social care settings. Community groups and others have also been hugely innovative in looking at how they can use their skills to help this effort.

All supplies for use in health and social care and for other key workers must meet certain quality and safety standards. With so many offers coming forward, it’s important to prioritise offers of supplies that will contribute to existing stocks the most.

To do this, the Scottish Government has set up a team to respond to these offers.

If your businesses, community or voluntary organisation would like to make donations of PPE, scrubs, uniforms and other supplies, please email Covid-19NHSsupplychain@gov.scot
